Ruth is the founder of an independent consulting practice with over 14 years of generalist experience within the digital arena. Her expertise includes discovery and research planning, contextual inquiries, customer and user research, heuristic reviews, process flow mapping and design, information architecture and navigation, copywriting, prototyping, and in-person and remote usability testing.
She is adept at working with startups and SMEs, counting multiple homegrown brands and companies amongst her clientele. She enjoys problem-solving via user-centric solutions and helping clients discover and bridge unknown gaps.
Some of her past projects include developing New Creation Church’s Online Access Hub (NOAH) – an online membership portal and seat booking system, as well as user research for an Australian beauty box provider on their internal admin system.
She is currently doing UX research and consulting for a global resources company, also helping them to establish an internal UX team and introduce user-centered design into their business process flows.
Ruth is an active volunteer with UX Singapore and her church’s IT Ministry, where she is presently helping to develop an attendance taking and flock management mobile app.
