COLLAB — Make & Practice (up to 100 days)

Coaching, capability building and hands-on practice.

We work closely with the teams through:

  • On-site Product, UX and Agile coaching
  • Experiments with prioritisation, strategy, roadmaps, delivery flows
  • Paired facilitation across multi-team initiatives
  • Cross-functional dialogues to reduce friction between business & tech
  • Customised learning modules (2–4 hour active-learning sessions)
  • Team-based challenges, peer learning, and reflection cycles

All coaching is grounded in:
