COLLAB — Make & Practice (up to 100 days)
Coaching, capability building and hands-on practice.
We work closely with the teams through:
- On-site Product, UX and Agile coaching
- Experiments with prioritisation, strategy, roadmaps, delivery flows
- Paired facilitation across multi-team initiatives
- Cross-functional dialogues to reduce friction between business & tech
- Customised learning modules (2–4 hour active-learning sessions)
- Team-based challenges, peer learning, and reflection cycles
