The Collab Folks is a collective of coaches, facilitators and practitioners across Southeast Asia who help teams unlock their potential and thrive in the future of work and (serious) play.

Main takeaway from mentoring program :

that building is always work in progress, that it takes time and the right people to help build the company. Not everything can be determined upfront. It takes time to network and build relationships. There are too many different vested interests and sometimes it’s about finding the right synergies to align the interests. Negotiating and also convincing while collaborating.
