Main takeaway from mentoring program :

that building is always work in progress, that it takes time and the right people to help build the company. Not everything can be determined upfront. It takes time to network and build relationships. There are too many different vested interests and sometimes it’s about finding the right synergies to align the interests. Negotiating and also convincing while collaborating.
