We understand that many companies in Indonesia are facing challenges in hiring User Experience Design and Product people to work in product teams. This is a training program in collaboration with KMK for Product, Design and Engineering teams to identify talent and help smart people for the positions needed for product teams.

The Collab Folks plays two main roles in the program:

  • Visioning : At the outset of the program, we will work with KMK to develop a program that best supports the Indonesian industry
  • Curriculum : The Collab Folks will work with industry partners to develop material for the program

Benefits :

  • We facilitate increased UX & Product literacy across organisations and increased understanding between implementation of products and the user experience of it.
  • Over time, teams will require less and less guidance from a UX specialist, making for an approach  to designing user experiences to be more holistic, cost-effective and leading to a higher quality experience.
